Welcome to the Human Rights Information Resource Portal, an open central repository which provides access to students, researchers, academics, practitioners, and the citizenry at large to Pakistan’s domestic and international human rights framework. The Portal contains Federal and Provincial laws and information of institutions designed to protect and promote human rights in Pakistan. It also provides information on the instruments, systems and organisations which training session changes

form the international human rights framework, as well as Pakistan’s international human rights commitments. Capacity building and other informative materials in the Portal include training resources, awareness-raising knowledge products, and publications developed by the Ministry of Human Rights.
